About the role
We're looking for a cyber security specialist to join the team protecting critical infrastructure at government, defense and leading enterprise organizations. A varied role that combines hands-on work with strategic thinking.
What you'll do
- Harden servers, endpoints, networks and cloud services to standards and best practice
- Manage and operate security solutions: firewalls, EDR, identity and access management
- Monitor security events, investigate and handle incidents
- Take part in risk assessments and security improvement plans
- Work closely with the client's infrastructure and network teams
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in information security or infrastructure
- Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux and networking
- Hands-on experience with protection systems (firewall, EDR, SIEM)
- Able to work independently and take ownership
Nice to have
- Professional security certifications
- Experience with government or defense organizations
- Security clearance
